You will directly report to the Project Director and lead a team of 15 people from QS, QA/QC Engineer, Building Engineer, Admin Staff and frontline staff (Safety, Foreman etc.)about the job.As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in full cycle project management from design to handover stage. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and completion of the project. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects, including cost control, safety management and progress monitoring. In addition, you will actively engage with clients, government authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. skills & qualifications required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10 years+ proven experience in the construction industry
- Experience in full cycle project will be a benefit
- Independent with good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
