- Provide full spectrum of HR functions in monthly payroll calculation, final payment, staff attendance and leave record management
- Liaise closely with site staff for payroll related matters
- Maintain and update staff records in Human Resources Management System
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
- F.5 or above
- At least 1 year relevant working experience preferably in payroll calculation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other related legislations
- Good team player, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented
- Immediate available is highly preferred
