Deputy Corporate Communications and Promotion Controller

• Accountable for media relations and crisis management, maintain good relations with various media or stakeholders, and handle various public relations crisis appropriately and timely

• Manage or write speeches for various activities, coordinate online and offline media promotion and liaison

• Responsible for formulating brand building and image promotion strategic for Pok Oi services and board of directors

• Provide strategic communications leadership to ensure information disseminated from POH aligns with corporate strategic goals and preserves and improves reputation

• Responsible for management of key donors and family of fund donors

• Monitor program outlines, budgets, meeting documents, sponsorship materials and promotion plans for follow-up implementation and review

• Handle and coordinate external communications and liaison work, including government departments, partnered organizations, sponsors, donors and other charities

• Assist in various fundraising activities

• Assist the Corporate Communications and Fundraising Controller to manage departmental operations, including personnel, administration, communications and supervision

• A Hong Kong recognized degree or above, major in Communications / Public Relations / Event Management / Marketing or related discipline

• 10 years or above solid experience in corporate communications, promotion and event management, minimum 8 years of managerial experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic. Willing to work irregular hours and able to work under pressure

• Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, proficiency in writing is a must

• Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
