  • Assist the Investment Counsellors in the positioning and delivery of investment solutions to clients and prospects of Global Private Bank
  • Support Investment Counsellors with client related tasks such as account reviews, investment proposal generation, translations of marketing materials, order taking and trade execution
  • Support Investment Counsellors with investment initiatives, including preparation of materials for product campaigns, switches, pitch book generation, portfolio optimisations
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as meeting and business trip scheduling and organisation, preparation of Client Relationship Manager reports and campaign monitoring
  • Do full compliance with internal and external rules, regulations and procedures and adherence to HSBC values and Business Principles
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
  • Excellent organisation and communication skill
  • Risk consciousness, in particular on the trading side
  • Dealing and trade execution experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and multitasking abilities
  • To be a team player, high achiever, quick to learn, detail oriented, positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality of detailed work while meeting competing and inflexible deadlines
  • University degree with fluency in English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
