We are seeking a skilled professional to join our innovative team in the toy manufacturing sector. This role focuses on designing and developing cutting-edge electronic solutions for new products.Key Responsibilities:Execute circuit design and electronic PCBA development (covering digital, embedded, analog, and SMPS systems) along with MCU programming for new product lines.Refine and upgrade current production testing processes for OEM/ODM products.Monitor the creation and assembly of product prototypes.Develop and validate technical specifications.Collaborate with clients and vendors to address technical challenges.Assist with initial production trials and large-scale manufacturing at our China facility.Contribute to special projects as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.5-8 years of experience within an OEM/ODM setting, with a preference for toy industry exposure.Proficient in electronic hardware circuit design, PCBA layout, and adherence to safety standards.Track record of overseeing electronic toy projects from concept through to mass production.Familiarity with MCU programming is an advantage.Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Willingness to travel occasionally to PRC factories.Candidates available to start immediately are highly desired.Interested parties please send your full resume to msiu -mclarenconsultancy.com.
