Responsibilities· Report to the Sports & Recreation Manager; direct and oversee pool operation· Conduct review and enhancement of operational procedures· Ensure safety of our members and guests in the swimming pool area· Maintain and execute the rules and regulations of the swimming pool· Supervise operation of filtration system and health requirements of chlorination and PH acidity levels in Pool· Supervise chemical usage in the Pool area· Direct cleaning, upkeep of pool equipment and facilities· Handle member enquiries and complaints· Perform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements· Secondary education· A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years at supervisory level preferably in hotel/clubhouse industry· Possess valid Pool Lifeguard Award issued by Hong Kong Life Saving Society· Possess valid First Aid / CPR / AED Certificates· Good management, organizational, communications and interpersonal skills· Enthusiastic and customer service oriented· Able to communicate in spoken English and Cantonese· Work on shifts, weekends and public holidays· Holder of valid Driving License will be advantageousWe offer career progression, attractive remuneration and associated benefits.
