What You’ll Be Doing:Support financial analysis for Regional and Business Unit performance from Sales top-lines to other KPI analysis.Assist in variance analysis against forecast, budget, and expenditure analysis by Business Units & Functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data.Participate in and coordinate with the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting for the Greater China Components business.Partner with the business leaders to build cost evaluation and financial models, as well as scenario analysisWork closely with Greater China Sales team to evaluate business case and support business decisionsMonitor and drive net working capital efficiency in the regionEvaluate financial terms and conditions in business contractsConduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.What We Are Looking For:Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or related fields8 or more years of financial reporting and analysis experience with at least 4 years working in a sizeable multinational companyCPA is preferableStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in PC skills and expert in MS Excel and PowerPointKnowledge in Power BI and Oracle ERP system will be an advantageGood command of English, Mandarin, and CantoneseAbility to adapt quickly, work independently, and be result-orientedProactive, a good team player, and self-motivatedAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
