This role is responsible for managing project execution, driving client satisfaction, and supporting business growth through high-quality delivery and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a background in IT project delivery within the financial sector, and a deep understanding of the Hong Kong market.Job Responsibilities：Responsible for team building and management, identifying and developing key talents to ensure strong team performance.Lead the local delivery team to maintain client relationships, ensure successful project delivery, and achieve business KPIs.Work closely with pre-sales and sales teams to explore new client opportunities and drive account growth.Guide the team to analyze and gain insights into local client needs, market trends, and competitor activities.Develop business plans for key accounts, design delivery strategies, and lead the team in focused solution execution.Qualifications & Requirements：Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related disciplines.Over 5 years of experience in technical project delivery management within the financial sector, with proven experience managing teams of 50+ members.Deep understanding of IT outsourcing service models and strong problem-solving skills during project delivery.Experience in strategic planning and team leadership; pre-sales collaboration experience is preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.Proficient in both Cantonese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
