- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and cultivate long-term relationships with existing merchants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact. Regularly engage with merchants to understand their evolving needs, provide personalized support, and address any concerns or challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the merchant service hotline and operations, to enhance the overall merchant experience
- Responsible for business negotiation and contract management
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales/account management
- Experience in payment/financial industries is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in data analysis/project management would be an advantage
