Hardware inventory management (Inventory update, withdraw item)
Maintain On-site Support Call within SLA
Roadshow/ New store/ relocation/ store closure
Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
Incident analysis / review / report
Communication with stakeholders (Business and IT)
Logistic management on POS parts
Managed project deployments, like asset auditing and discovery, project management, image integration, on-site installation, user self-installation, migration, and asset recovery governed with full project status and reporting
Annual IT Inventory Checking

Job Requirement:

Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 2-3 years' project experience in IT or cosmetics industry
Excellent knowledge on retail applications and system to work
Able to suggest workaround and permanent solution on incident (work with IT)
