- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor the performance of the maintenance team and provide feedback and coaching as required.
- Ensure that all maintenance records are kept up to date and accurate.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and standards.
- Drive change management and cultural transformation initiatives to improve the efficiency
- At least 7 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Knowledge of LEAN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in driving change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
