To cope with our continuous business growth, we are looking for passionate and competent candidates to join us.We are a well-established Hong Kong listed company in Central mainly engage in property investment, property development, property management and hotel management. We are looking for a proactive and competent candidate to join our Leasing and Asset Management Department. This role will report to our Head of Leasing and Asset Management.Job Responsibilities

Manage the leasing matters of Company’s portfolio.
Conduct market research, analyze market trends and source new clients and cold calls in order to assist in building strategic business plans for the Company’s portfolio.
Undertake leasing negotiation for new lease and tenancy renewal issues.
Develop and maintain good relationship with existing and potential tenants and property agents.
Liaise with other Departments in respect of takeover and handover, fitting-out and repair work of Company’s premises.
Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience from property developers, preferably in shopping mall/retail properties.
Good business connections with retail clients / tenants.
Relevant experience gained in valuation from property developers is an advantage.
Outgoing, proactive with good communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
