Founded in 2004, GR8 Leisure Concept is an innovative hospitality group that owns and manages a portfolio of seven brands, consisting of hotels, restaurants, and bars across Hong Kong and China. The Luxe Manor, a surrealism-inspired boutique hotel located in Tsim Sha Tsui. The property is home to the city’s authentic Nordic restaurant, FINDS and Dada Bar + Lounge, a contemporary variety club creatively reminiscent of the elusive Dada art movement. Also in Hong Kong is the group’s charming beachside café, Cafe Roma, which boasts a premium spot by Tung Wan Beach in Ma Wan. Hotel Soul is the group’s second hotel venture located in Suzhou, China. The hotel features continental restaurant Brasserie 101, and the hotel’s latest concept, Bar Soul, which brings a unique blend of retro and industrial elements to Hotel Soul.Responsibilities:

Oversee human resources functions and provide strong operational support and guidance on talent acquisition, organizational change management, employee relations, performance management, employee development and HR data integrity for ALL Business Units
Being responsible for planning and executing HR initiatives, which include but not limited to talent acquisition, retention, employment branding program and HR system implementation aligned with the overall business strategy
Partnering with business leaders and operations to understand their needs and develop HR programs and initiatives to support their objectives
Be one of the key leaders to drive human resources operation excellence for Asset Management business units to meet business goals
Manage annual budgeting, salary structure and other remuneration exercises
Compliance with Hong Kong & Mainland China labour law and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Hospitality Management or equivalent
At least 10 years’ relevant working experience in human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations and talent management. With 2 to 3 years in similar position, preferably gain in the hospitality industry
With strong business acumen and communication skills, solid critical thinking and demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proactive attitude, well organized, result oriented, attention to details and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and MRC, while with knowledge in media production tools is a plus
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager
