They are seeking a proactive problem-solver to join their dynamic team, as they implement various technology projects aimed at leveraging new platforms and migrating to the cloud. What you will work on:

Support and maintain application systems, handling routine tasks, ad-hoc requests, user training, and system configurations. (PLEASE SHOW RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN YOUR CV)
Resolve technical issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Create and update technical documentation and operation manuals to aid in support and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to address emerging challenges.
Engage with project teams and vendors to support implementation, enhancements, and technical problem-solving.
Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to meet cybersecurity requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
Perform system upgrades and maintenance outside standard office hours, if necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent from a reputable university/ institution
Proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, Python, SQL, ETL and Microsoft Power Platform
Knowledge of cloud-based (AWS/ Microsoft Azure) web/mobile app development is a plus
3+ years experience in ERP/CRM system development and maintenance
Automotive industry experience preferred, especially with Autoline DMS and OEM system integration
Strong problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Self-reliant and motivated working style
Fluency in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
