Responsible for the day-to-day services of the Concierge and Bell operations
Welcome guests at the hotel entrance and lobby area
Handle guests' inquiries and requests in a professional manner
Deliver and collect luggage, parcels and letters from all guests

Job Requirements:

Diploma holder in relevant discipline
Minimum 2-4 years experience in hotel Concierge operation
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Less experience will be considered as Bell Captain
