Key responsibilities:Responsible for full sets of accounts and bookkeeping for clients including but not limited to review of accounting entries, journals, financial statements and bank reconciliation.Responsible for treasury & payment administration from review of payment instruction, Fund Movement Statement to dispatching payment instruction.Provide monthly payroll service to clients such as review of monthly payroll calculation, tax returns, MPF contribution and payment arrangement.Assist the team to achieve the business goal and financial objectives of the department.Review working papers prepared by subordinates and support manager in clients’ service delivery.Being the coach in providing support to subordinates and monitor their performance.Setup of accounting system and workflow for new clientsPrepare various reports to fulfil clients’ business objective.Liaise with clients on accounting issues.Satisfy any other specific requirements of clients.Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisors / seniorsKey requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or relevant disciplinesHKICPA members or equivalent for other association including CAANZ, ACA, ACCA and CIMAAt least 3 years’ accounting and tax experienceBasic knowledge of Hong Kong and China Taxation and Accounting Practices and ComplianceProficient in various accounting software is an advantageSelf-motivated, well-organized and detail-orientedPresentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills.Strong sense of professional integrity and strong business acumenClient oriented and have good client liaison skillsGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
