Posting Date: 2025-09-01Huawei Device (Hong Kong) Co., LimitedRetail SupervisorResponsibilities:Manage a promoter team to achieve sales target.Responsible for shop visual merchandizing and maximizing retail brand exposure.Prepare sales and product training materials, and conduct training to retailers & frontline sales.Conduct regular shop visits, and build good relationship with retail shop managers.Liaison with channel partners for co-marketing programs/sales promotions.Conduct competitor analysis, and provide regular market updates.Monitor retail sales performance on a regular basis.Requirements:5-7 years relevant experience in mobile phone industry, with minimum of 3 years in supervisory level in promoter management and/or retail operation.Well-organized, self-motivated and with sensible marketing intelligence.Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English & Chinese.Good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and under high pressure.
