- support the planning and implementation of alumni engagement events and activities, such as talks, workshops and outings;
- support the outreach initiatives to engage alumni both locally and outside of Hong Kong;
- support the fundraising outreach to alumni and build up the giving culture;
- provide editorial support and assist in the publishing of alumni publications;
- assist in the production of souvenirs and promotional materials;
- liaise with various internal offices and units;
- assist in maintaining the day-to-day operation of alumni services; and
- provide general administrative and operational support.
- possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- possess good communication, interpersonal, organisation and problem-solving skills;
- have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment; and
- be a good team player and have the ability to work independently.
