Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to and resolve user issues related to hardware, software, networking, and virtualization.Manage and maintain Linux servers and VMware environments.Configure and support network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Conduct system administration tasks, such as user management, backups, and software updates.Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed.Document technical processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure projects and system upgrades.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on networking and system administration.Proficiency in Linux operating systems and experience with VMware.Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Linux+, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are a plus.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
