legal counsel - corporate lawyer

• Provide legal advice and daily support to the various investment teams
• Provide support on structuring and documentation of M&A or restructuring transactions
• Day-to-day legal advice on a wide range of commercial agreements for the Group
• Handle litigation, arbitration and other disputes of the Group

• 2-4 PQE from a reputable international Law firm or in-house counsel at a leading financial institution
• Candidates with HK Qualification or PRC Bar will be considered
• Solid experience of M&A, Litigation or General Corporate is a plus
• Good drafting, communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English
