General Manager (HVAC/ 5-day/ MNC Contractor)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead their engineering teams:What you'll do:

Manage engineering teams
Monitor progress of the organization's programs in terms of cost, schedule and technical
Establish policies for the demonstration and explanation of new or existing products, methods, or services
Make final decisions regarding the negotiation of contracts and contractual terms
Monitor large and critical programs run by senior and experienced professionals
Establish the strategy and oversee the development of new business growth strategies related to existing programs and products

What you bring:

Degree holder in Engineering
Authorised signatory for minor works (preferred), Management experience in II/III minor works
Minimum of 10 years' experience in HVAC, electrical engineering, and refrigeration
Ability to manage large teams and critical programs
Experience in developing business growth strategies
Strong decision-making skills particularly in contract negotiations
