  • Perform a wide range of student services and organize student programme, including SAO Servant Leadership Programme, student dormitory services, and post-graduate students’ services support;
  • Assist Section Head for the planning and implementation of SAO outbound tour and exchange programme;
  • Assist Section Head for development of Student Entrepreneurial Education and promotion & execution of Student Innovation Project Fund;
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, such as internal Schools/ Offices, external Organizations/ Companies and students on student activities, and special projects;
  • Supervise junior administrative staff and provide coaching and guidance;
  • Provide secretarial and administration support to student disciplinary cases, committees, boards and working groups by taking minutes, drafting papers, preparing statistics and compiling reports; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Requirements
  • Candidates for the post of Assistant Student Affairs Manager should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience gained in tertiary institutions;
  • Have the ability to demonstrate effective skills in programme and project management;
  • Have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Have proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office and Chinese Word processing;
  • Have a strong sense of commitment to the young generation with high initiatives and team spirit;
  • Have ability to maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakes holders of the College; and
  • Be able to work under time pressure and multi-tasking and with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal and liaison skills.
