RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and enhance organizational performance in regional context
  • Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Work closely with both local and regional top management to drive the business growth and foster positive working culture
  • Facilitate performance management initiatives, including establishing goals, conducting performance reviews, and creating development plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key insights to ensure competitiveness of the organization
  • Create and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 15 years hands-on experience within sizable organizations, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
  • Sound knowledge of laws, statutory regulations and best practices
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and fostering continuous improvement
  • Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and regions.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
