Junior / Senior Building Service Engineer

• Responsible for formulating maintenance plan, site work progress monitoring, tendering and quotation preparation, budget preparation and cost control
• Attend site meeting, progress meeting.
• Coordination works with vary parties, main contractor, consultants, subcontractors etc.
• Site co-ordinate with foreman, sub-contractor, main-contractor, consultant, architect and client;
• Provide guidance, support and supervision to contractors and technicians
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / MEP / M&E or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant Building Services working experience.
• Relevant experience on E&M or building projects is advantageous;
• Proficient in AutoCAD;
• Good co-ordination and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
