- Lead the design, development, and evolution of the 3G/4G/5G NSA and SA packet core network.
- Implement mobile data services for both individual and business customers.
- Drive continuous enhancement of mobile data network performance and user experience.
- Mentor and develop the technical skills of team members.
- Higher Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the telecom industry, with at least 7 years in data services.
- Deep knowledge of Mobile Packet Core Networks, Data Services, Roaming, and Policy and Charging Control.
- A driven leader with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with Putonghua being an advantage.
- Less experienced candidates may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
