Assist in setting up curriculum of management and other talent development programs, including management succession program, etc.
Explore external training vendors and evaluate program quality to meet yearly training needs
Maintain training records and evaluation analysis on a regular basis
Provide logistic support on different training & development programs
Assist in updating training policies and review training subsidy applications
Conduct in-house orientation programs and external recruitment talks
Design and implement yearly staff relations programs
Participate in other projects as required

Job requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Training & Development
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Creative, self-initiative, cheerful, good communication and coordination skills
Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Immediately available will be preferred
