- Provide technical expertise and hands-on support in network solution projects across various environments
- Design, implement, and manage data center networks, LAN, WAN, wireless LAN, SD-WAN, and perimeter network security solutions
- Handle project documentation, implementation, and post-deployment support independently
- Conduct network troubleshooting and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends through training, publications, and professional engagement
- Support flexible work schedules, including occasional work outside regular office hours
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in network solution design and implementation
- CCNA certification required; CCNP is preferred
- Additional certifications such as H3C, Aruba, or Cisco are advantageous
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Layer 2/3 switching and routing, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VXLAN, MACsec, and WLAN
- Hands-on experience with policy-based routing, network segmentation, load balancing, and high-availability design
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise-grade network equipment
- Strong grasp of network security best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
