1. Financial Operations: Drive and oversee the finance transformation initiatives on Finance Operations , working closely with senior management to define strategic goals and objectives. Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize processes, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Finance Operations.2. Treasury Management: Manage the organization's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. Optimize the operation and investment cash. Revisit the treasury policies, procedures, and controls to improve the effectiveness of treasury management.3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, investment, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of financial processes and systems. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks.Qualifications1. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.2. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance operations and treasury experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role. Strong experience in driving financial transformation initiatives is highly desirable.3. Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial operations ; strong understanding of treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk management.4. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effectively managing changes. Ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals. Strong coaching and mentoring skills.5. Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex situations into meaningful insights and recommendations, and the corresponding improvement plan to be implemented in the business process.6. Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and understanding of financial implications on business decisions.7. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex situation to different stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.8. Adaptability and Resilience: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
