- Align technical solutions with strategic organisational goals and long-term vision.
- Lead and implement detailed technical solutions for complex, organization-wide projects including end-to-end holistic solution design (interfacing systems).
- Develop and drive technology strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Subdomain Tech Lead.
- Provide high-level analysis for planning, and initiatives implementation approaches.
- Expert in solution sizing, estimation, and project forecasting
- Support audit reviews and exercises.
- Drive RFP and vendor evaluation exercise along with PO to ensure SCB technical standards are met• Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues.
- Promote engineering craftsmanship and drive strategic business value.
- Collaborate with PO and align technical solutions to support prioritized backlogs to deliver value driven capabilities.
- Oversee technical delivery and excellence across multiple squads or hives.
- Influence prioritization for technology backlog and strategic initiatives.
- Embed Here for good and Group's brand and values in Wealth Journey squad;
- Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures
- Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications Relevant certifications in software development, project management, or Agile methodologies (e.g., AWS • Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, Certified ScrumMaster)
