Job Description:Perform routine product quality checks, Production line inspections, supports and retention sampling at various stages of the food manufacturing process.Monitor factory production processes to ensure compliance with ISO 22000 food safety management standards.Follow up on microbiological testing results from an external party to ensure product safety and qualityImplement and maintain documentation for quality and food safety management systems to ensure proper operationEnsure all manufacturing activities comply with applicable food safety laws, regulations, and production standardsConduct product shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations.Update and translate product specifications and labeling to ensure compliance with legal requirements.Assist in maintaining production hygiene standards and ensure adherence to occupational safety and health (OSH) requirements.Support other assigned projects as needed.Job Requirements:Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above in science related subjects, e.g. Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology or related disciplinesHaving working experience with ISO 9001, Food GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000, and having helped to set up these systems is an advantageFamiliar with HK food laws & regulations e.g. food labelling law would be an advantageProactive & positive mindset, attention to details, eager to learn, hard-working, able to be a good team playerGood command of both spoken and written English and ChineseProficient in computer operations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)Able and willing to work on 6 days work per weekCasual attire at workProvide training related to quality management and Chinese medicineWork independently and report to the production managerCandidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance AssistantWhat We Offer1.
