  • Assist in product development process including research, implementing sales material and product literature development
  • Support and administer feasibility studies, and consolidate product ideas from stakeholders during idea generation sessions
  • Drive and manage training calendar and contents
  • Work closely with campaign team to develop marketing activities/materials to promote products and sales
  • Develop digital tools and implement product online platform strategy to facilitate products’ sales activities and to streamline customer experience
  • Work efficiently along the best practices and comply to corporate guidelines, legislation and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
  • University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant experience and exposure in product development, product marketing or promotional activities in insurance sector
  • Possesses good sense in online/digital marketing and IT
  • Knowledge in general/life insurance products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
