As Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager (Building Services), directly reporting to the General Manager you will manage full project development cycle from early stage, master planning, design and construction. You will be leading other project team members and liaising closely with external consultancies & contractors to ensure project(s) is/are delivered on time, cost, and quality standard. You will be closely working and liaising with government authorities to address any issues arising from projects internally and externally.Requirement
- Around 8 to 15 years of relevant experiences in building services engineering project management role, with prior experiences working in property developers
- MHKIE/ MCIBSE/ CEng holder or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Proven track record in project managing mid-large scale residential property development projects, from early design & planning stage, to construction supervision & handover to operation
- Good leadership skills and good communication skills
- Master/ Bachelor degree holder in Building Services Engineering/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Candidates with less experiences might be considered as the post of Assistant Project Manager
