  • Undergo an intensive and individualised training programme aiming to meet specific development needs of selected candidates
  • Undergo a structured management training programme to develop business acumen and leadership capability
  • Take part in on-the-job training or job rotations related to business operations to gain a wider perspective of operational knowledge
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Chartered membership in a recognised professional institution related to transportation or engineering is preferred
  • For the Manager – Special Projects (Mainland China Business), candidates are required to have at least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position
  • For the Senior Manager – Special Projects (Mainland China Business), candidates must possess at least 12 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years at the managerial level, as well as demonstrate the aspiration and potential for fast-track development
  • Aspiring to undertake a leading general management role and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, willing to take up challenges in diverse work environment
  • Highly mobile and committed to working in Mainland China
  • Effective communication skills with good written and verbal English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
  • Candidates possessing competency in the areas of railway operations or station commercial with experience in leading diverse teams and/or work experience in Mainland China will have an advantage
