The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join the BESS Section. Reporting to the supervisor, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties:

Assist Project Managers and Engineers in managing BESS projects, including system design, work schedule planning, and site inspections to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate with BESS suppliers to design systems that meet client requirements.
Liaise with clients and contractors to prepare work permits, conduct site measurements, prepare quotations, and follow up on site activities.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop work schedules and method statements for installation works.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, adherence to safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
Supervise the performance of frontline operations staff and contractors to ensure effective project execution.
Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) systems to ensure that the required standards are achieved
Liaise with clients / suppliers / contractors on administration, variations vetting and payments
May be required to work outside normal working hours to handle site issues or perform site inspection when necessary
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

A recognized University degree in engineering disciplines or other relevant disciplines plus a minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience OR Higher Diploma /Associate Degree in engineering disciplines or other relevant disciplines plus a minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience
Good business acumen, customer-oriented and performance driven
Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts in English and Cantonese, verbally and written, with Mandarin is preferred
Customer-oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with safety rules, engineering standards and codes of practice
Possession of a valid Construction Industry Safety Card
Possession of a valid driving license is preferred
Possession of a valid Registered Electrical Worker qualification is preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered for a lower position
