Cucina is one of the best viewing locations for the spectacular show!RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create cocktail recipes and make drinks for guests according to recipe unless otherwise instructed by guest.
- Knowledgeable of the a la carte menu so that proper recommendations can be given to guests.
- Keep accurate count of the wine cellar and bar inventory.
- Proficient in all aspects of beverage service, not limited to alcoholic beverages.
- 製作雞尾酒並根據配方為客人調製飲品。
- 了解單點菜單,以便為客人提供適當的建議。
- 準確統計酒窖和酒吧的庫存。
- 精通各方面的酒水服務,不局限於酒精飲料。
- Secondary school.
- Bartending school certificate is an advantage.
- Minimum 2-4 years of bartending experience or in hotel industry.
- Good command speak and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- 中學程度。
- 擁有調酒學校證書是一個優勢。
- 至少 2-4 年的調酒經驗或酒店業經驗。
- 良好的英語、粵語和普通話的聽說讀寫能力。
