Our client is a reputable Corporate bank and they are looking for a Client Service Officer to provide sales support to Relationship Managers.

- Provide sales support to Relationship Managers to handle customer accounts activities including handling KYC process, clients inquiries, managing loans, deposits, foreign exchange, customer onboarding, update bank registration
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely processing of customer transactions
- Maintain strong customer relationships, and gather information for RMs if needed
- Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- With at least 2 years relevant experience in corporate banking or financial services sectors
- Familiar with corporate banking products and services is an advantage
- A good team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Japanese is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Immediate available is an advantage
