Service Engineer / Technician

• Provide on-site installation, inspection, corrective/preventive maintenance of hospital and health care equipment
• Certain knowledge/experience with IT equipment, software integration and network connection preferred
• Onsite trouble shooting and provide technical support
• Regularly communicate with manufacturers regarding technical issues
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support and enhance service quality to customers
• Handle basic administrative duties relating to the repair and field service

• Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Biomed Engineering or related disciplines
• Proven work experience as a technician in the medical products industry
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Independent, diligent, mature and able to work under pressure
• Able to travel overseas for training or provide technical support to customers
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
