- Deliver firmwide and local technical training programs for staff
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps
- Collaborate with Learning & Development department for the training scheduling
- Support change management efforts related to technology adoption
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or relevant education field
- 3+ years of experience in delivering technology training
- Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
- A good team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient in MS office, especially Excel and Power BI
- Experience with e-learning tools, LMS systems, and virtual training platforms preferred
