CFO (HK Listed)

• Oversee the entire finance function, including FP&A, accounting operations, financial and management reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Implement robust financial controls and risk management processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Oversee the company secretarial function, including the preparation of board papers and minutes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit issues.

• Evaluate investment opportunities for store expansion and refurbishment.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop store planning strategies.

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors.
• Manage fundraising activities, including debt and equity financing.
• Provide financial insights and updates to investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements and maintain transparent communication with the investment community.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience in the manufacturing and retail industries is essential.
• Prior audit experience in big 4 is highly desirable
• Extensive exposure to the China manufacturing industry is a must-have.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in financing, investor relations, and managing relationships with financial institutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills in both HK & China
• Highly analytical with the ability to provide valuable financial insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
