About 18801880 is a members’ club from Singapore born out of the idea that conversations can make the world a better place. Launching in Hong Kong this year, 1880 will redefine what it means to go to work through a visionary new concept.Between a stretch of office towers are the four floors of 1880 SOCIAL, offering a diverse range of enriching experiences for all who work (and play) in the area.1880 will operate four restaurants, a coffee shop, bars, and a members’ club. There will be a multi-purpose event space and workspace lounge with rooms to meet and create. Our approach to wellness combines a balance of different holistic practices through innovative gym and spa concepts. Additionally, we will activate the space and engage the community through an exciting calendar of events and programming.We are looking for a fun and vibrant team player who cares deeply in delivering great experiences for our members.About the roleAt 1880 Social, you will be working with our A Team to deliver great experiences for our guests. You will seek to deliver a warm, empathetic style of service, offering thoughtful menu recommendations and going the extra mile to assist Members & Guests in getting the most from their F&B experience.Key Responsibilities (What will you actually be doing?)

Welcoming Guests - informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
Preparing drinks, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Job Requirements (Who are we looking for?)

Proven track record in F&B operations in a similar capacity
Hong Kong Permanent Resident
Reliable and good team player with an engaging personality
Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails
Flexible with schedule and shifts
Good communication skills, with Confidence with a passion for service
Knowledge about coffee will be an added advantage
