- Contribute to the development and execution of our 2027+ strategy and sustainability ambitions by acting as key content lead and project lead for key strategic studies
- Support the corporate-level strategic cycle, working with division Strategy & Sustainability VP to prepare deliverables
- Partake in the formulation of hypotheses for investigation and analysis
- Drive content, questions, analysis, story-telling, organization, cadence & pace, working hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform research activities to obtain relevant data and define needs or problems, with individuals within and outside of the division
- Prepare and present written and oral reports of findings to key stakeholders
- Develop, manage and maintain excellent relationships within Schneider Electric – at all levels of the organization
- Research (primary and secondary)
- Analytics (modelling, root cause analysis etc.)
- Strategic project & program management
- Change management (Dependencies, risks, solutions)
- Business case development and modelling
- Application of strategic frameworks
- Written and verbal communication
- Proven track record of 3+ years in top tier management consulting, investment banking or similar strategy roles
- Degree in business, economics, sciences or equivalent
- Strong business focus and understanding of enterprise strategy methods & intent
- Strong analytical capabilities, very comfortable with quantitative & financial analysis
- Outstanding written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills, must be an excellent communicator
- Respected for ability to deliver and work effectively in diverse environments and cultures
- Comfortable with ambiguous situations, highly independent and motivated, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
