Bringing happiness to people is the essence of everything we do, whether through the care we put into our breads and pastries or the warmth of our service.Job Summary:A Junior Designer creates and supports the visual assets for our outlets and marketing, collaborating closely with the different teams and partners to deliver impactful designs that enhance brand identity and customer engagement. A junior designer will aim to bring energy, creativity, and technical skills to a dynamic team, contributing directly to how consumers perceive the bakehouse brand through their visual experiences.Job Duties:

Design visual content for menus, packaging, in-store signage, digital screens, and marketing collaterals specific to different outlets
Create graphics, layouts, and images for digital and print platforms, including social media and promotional materials.
Edit images and videos, assist in product styling, and prepare assets for both print and digital use.
Support the development and refreshment of food and drink menu designs, keeping them current for promotions and campaigns.
Support ad hoc internal and external events with visual designs and other materials
Assist in concept presentations and mood boards for projects
Prepare and package files for print and digital distribution, ensuring consistency across all materials.
Stay up to date with trends in restaurant design, consumer preferences, and creative best practices.

Requirement:

1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience; experience or passion for F&B branding is highly valued
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity in food, beverage, or hospitality environments.
Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is essential; knowledge of Figma, video editing, or After Effects can be a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to strive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, including handling ad-hoc requests.
