Coordinate between factory in Bangladesh and order fulfilment, ensuring seamless communication and execution
Lead price negotiations with suppliers and clients to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
Source and purchase materials from China, Vietnam and Japan
Monitor and ensure smooth production processes by conducting monthly factory visits to Bangladesh
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align production schedules with demand and delivery timelines

Role requirements

Diploma or above in any discipline.
8+ years of experience in textile/garment sales and business operations.
Prior experience traveling to or working with suppliers/ factories in Bangladesh.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and excellent in time management.
