- Manage HR operation, e.g. payroll admin, compensation benefits, MPF, headcount forecast, insurance renewal, tax admin and working visa etc.
- Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations including payroll, pension, taxation, benefit administration and leave management for business units & regional office Assist in annual C&B exercise including annual salary review, benefits review and bonus/ incentive distribution
- Review HR strategies from time to time to ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness if needed
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years’ relevant in house HR working experience, experienced gained from MNC, IT or Telecom industries will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels professionally
- Excellent Analytical and logical mindset
- Mature, pleasant, independent, well-organized, details and achievement oriented
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
