Established in 1904, the Kowloon Cricket Club (KCC) is a private members’ club and is one of the leading sporting clubs in Hong Kong. We, promote participation in cricket and a wide variety of other sports, as well as encouraging social activities. We have a green environment in the heart of Kowloon. KCC’s facilities are also open to outside bodies such as schools and voluntary organizations, and we have a particular emphasis on training and nurturing the youth in many different sports.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of sports and recreational facilities.
  • Source, organize, and supervise wellness, sports, and recreation programs.
  • Develop, and promote sports and recreational activities and events.
  • Work closely with the club’s sport sections and societies to support their initiatives, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance overall engagement.
  • Organize and coordinate club league teams in collaboration with the Sports Convenor
  • Address members' feedback and suggestions regarding sports and leisure activities.
  • Arrange live broadcasts of major sporting events at the club
  • Attend regular meetings of various Sporting Sections / Societies, and non-sporting societies
  • Liaise with service providers for coaches and finalize contract agreements
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Sports & Recreation Management or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level preferably in sizeable membership organization
  • Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform tasks independently
  • Certified in CPR/AED and First Aid is preferred
  • Shift duties on weekends and public holidays are required
