Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to lead a team in managing system operations, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure support. This role involves hands-on system implementation, troubleshooting, and incident management.Job Duties
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to support system operations, monitoring, and incident management
Design, implement, and upgrade system and monitoring solutions to ensure performance and availability of servers and applications
Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and monitoring platform administration
Manage and respond to system alerts and security incidents, ensuring adherence to SLA and minimizing disruptions
Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers on support, delivery, and escalation matters
Coordinate infrastructure design and system support workflows with external stakeholders, including government departments
Drive implementation of IT and security solutions, including architecture planning for monitoring systems
Monitor network and user security, address threats, and ensure system compliance
Job Requirements
Proven experience in leading IT infrastructure or operations teams
Strong hands-on experience in implementing IT systems, monitoring platforms, or security solutions
Familiar with monitoring tools and technologies for server and application oversight
Solid knowledge of system troubleshooting, incident response, and infrastructure design
Experience in vendor management and coordination with external service providers
Strong understanding of IT security practices and incident handling
Ability to interface with government or enterprise stakeholders on infrastructure matters
Professional certifications preferred:
CISSP, CISA, CEH, or CCSP
