- Support the Visual Merchandising Manager to develop VM strategies that align with product objectives and brand guidelines
- Assist in creating resources such as planograms, visual directives, and guidelines to support consistent and impactful visual merchandising across stores.
- Take charge of managing the regional VM Forum, where you will deliver weekly and monthly direction to support product strategies. This involves communicating visual merchandising guidelines, providing training materials, and addressing any VM-related questions or concerns from the regions.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and activations by partnering with regional teams to localize and bring visual directives to life.
- Work closely with the regions to ensure proper implementation of VM guidelines and support their efforts in creating engaging in-store experiences
- Assist the VMM in the process of new store openings and optimizations. This includes collaborating with store teams, providing VM direction, and ensuring that the visual merchandising setup aligns with brand standards and product strategies.
- Support regional managers in training and delivering seasonal initiatives to the sales floor. This involves providing guidance on visual merchandising techniques, product presentation, and creating visually appealing displays that enhance the overall shopping experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, merchandising, or a or brand storytelling role
- A degree or diploma in Fashion/Visual Merchandising is considered an asset.
- Strong aesthetic sense, keen style awareness, and up-to-date trend knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written, with the ability to convey ideas visually.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suites and Microsoft programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively with others, providing guidance and support.
- A genuine passion for the shopping experience and visual merchandising.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, including the ability to make decisions and take calculated risks.
