Ref. no : O/TY-BA/Term_OFF/09/25Major Duties:(a) To perform administrative duties in respect of one or more of the following areas:
(i) Human resources management;
(ii) Student and course related administration;
(iii) Administrative academic support (e.g. student admissions, student services, student records activities and matters relating to programme planning and operation);
(iv) Financial and supplies matters; and
(v) General administration and facilities management;
(b) To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit;
(c) To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings;
(d) To assist in coordinating projects and events, and the publicity matters of the operational units; and
(e) To help implement the quality policy of the operational unit.Requirements:(a) A recognised degree or equivalent;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations;
(c) Good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills;
(d) Good problem solving, time management and team building skills;
(e) Self-initiative, willingness to meet challenges and the ability to work independently;
(f) A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and
(g) Preferably good IT knowledge and skills.Notes:(1) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2) Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment.
(3) Applicants are required to highlight their language proficiency (e.g. HKCEE, HKAL, IELTS, CRE, etc.) in their curriculum vitae.
