- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a non-profit/social enterprise/education sector/start-up in Hong Kong
- Knowledge of the B2B environment, local tech and start-up landscape
- Interest and passion to serve underserved communities
- Engaging and able to build relationships with multiple external stakeholders such as employers, community members, families of students with great attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial spirit, flexible, embracing the opportunity for creativity and hard work inherent in a start-up environment

- Self-reflective and open to receiving and giving feedback to others
- Ability to work against firm deadlines to achieve the targets and objectives
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese) is a must
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., knowledge in MS Power BI and Salesforce will be an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Be the key contact of employers and corporate partners for the project
- Outreach to employers, from identifying potential companies, pitching and set up meetings with employers and corporate partners to gather placement and internship opportunities for our graduates
- Provide ongoing assistance to employers and partners so ensure a smooth placement process for our gradates and collect feedbacks from employers for on-going evaluations
- Collaborate with external parties, monitoring progress, and providing comprehensive updates on every stage to ensure the smooth flow of the program.
- Support Generation’s Impact Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) by collecting data and feedback from employers where advised, ensuring we have an accurate record for program enhancement
- Diversify the network of employer partners with project partners to grow our pipeline of vacancies, and institute meaningful follow-up with employers to increase repeat hiring
- Liaise with employer partners to support in the work experience and job placement process.
- Initiate and build close relationships with project partners and external parties (e.g. employers / delivery / institution partners)
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
- Conduct initial assessment of applications to the subsidized internship program and prepare the relevant assessment summary as required
- Consolidate documents and reports from eligible employers and corporate partners for subsidy disbursement
- Assist in preparing project progress report and collect information from employer and corporate partners
- Handle administrative work and answer enquiries from employers and corporate partners regarding the program and placement process
- Organize events including but not limited to luncheon, webinar, networking events to engage our employer partners, corporate partners, volunteers and Enterprise Advisors
