Cloud Infrastructure Management:

Set up and configure virtual machines, storage, and networking resources required to support cloud-based applications. Monitor performance to ensure maximum uptime and minimal downtime.Resource Management:Utilize tools like Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell, and Azure CLI to manage Azure resources effectively. Configure virtual networks, storage accounts, and other components.

Security and Compliance:

Implement preventive security measures to protect Azure resources. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operation teams, developers, security experts, and DevOps engineers/vendors, to deliver seamless Azure-powered solutions.

Optimization:

Continuously optimize the cloud environment for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Troubleshooting:

Resolve Azure services-related issues promptly.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Azure and cyber-security preventive measure.Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in IT related discipline.
Minimum 3-year relevant experience in managing Azure for SME
Proficiency in managing Azure resources, including virtual machines, databases, and networking components.
Familiarity with tools like Azure PowerShell and Azure CLI.
Knowledge in cyber-security best practices and experience implementing security measures within Azure.
Knowledge in security products, firewalls, proxies, SIEM, XDR and IDPS concepts is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification or equivalent is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills to address issues promptly.
Effective communication to interact with stakeholders and convey technical information.
